Most of our furniture and oversized decor items will be shipped directly from our vendors and delivered third-party by a delivery service provider during their weekday operating hours. If in stock and delivery is not defined in the details section of the listing, most pieces ship within 1-3 weeks of order receipt. Transit typically takes 2-15 business days barring any delays. This timeframe includes hub transfers, sorting, and inspections. Please note: If your order includes items with varying lead times, your order may ship together once all items are completed, unless otherwise requested or noted.
All oversized items include Threshold delivery. Threshold is defined as the carrier delivering your item to your exterior front door, main entrance, or garage.
For Over-The-Threshold, or White Glove delivery service, please contact us to obtain a shipping quote before placing your order. Once you have placed your order, delivery methods cannot be changed.
If the item is back-ordered, the estimated in-stock date will be provided in the descriptions. These are typically accurate, but delays do occur. Once an item is back in stock, the item will follow the above shipping process.
